WHO I AM
I'm Kevin Weishaar, founder of Weishaar Strategic Partners.
I bring more than two decades of executive leadership experience in both for-profit and nonprofit multifamily housing organizations. I have overseen HR, IT, legal, risk management, accounting, finance, asset management, compliance, and full property operations. My experience spans both market-rate and affordable housing portfolios at scale.
Most recently, I served as Chief Operating Officer for a multi-state organization, leading enterprise-wide transformation and building high-performing teams across departments. I understand how systems, people, and outcomes connect, and I bring that knowledge to every engagement.
